Denise is passionate about the rights of the vulnerable. For 30 years, she has dedicated her life to providing services to her community in several capacities, including community supervision as a senior probation officer and in residential services as the former executive director of the Sunshine League Children’s Home. Her life’s work has included working in residential programmes for foster care, emergency housing, young offenders, mental health, and a secure unit. For several years, she volunteered with the Salvation Army feeding programme and Focus Counselling Services. She enjoys volunteering and supporting initiatives that support the welfare of all residents of Bermuda. Denise holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.

Keishen has always been passionate about working with at-risk populations. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Community Studies from Cape Breton University, he spent four years as a residential care officer for the Department of Child & Family Services in a youth group home setting. Later, he spent eight years as an educational therapist assistant with the Ministry of Education. Keishen is well known in the sports community, having served as captain of the Bermuda Hogges, North Village Rams, and the Bermuda National Football Team. His leadership and teamwork abilities have allowed him to effectively serve vulnerable populations, whom he feels have been overlooked for far too long.

Omar Dill is a multi-talented individual who holds a degree in Psychology and Sociology, reflecting his keen interest in understanding human behaviour and social dynamics. His diverse career journey has seen him excel in various roles, including his work as a fireman, where he demonstrated courage and dedication in protecting his community, and as an air-traffic controller, where he showed composure to ensure the safety of aircraft. Jaynae joined HOME as a fulltime Case Manager Assistant in 2023 at its Black Circle location. She pereviously worked on contract, ensuring all tenant information was kept up-to-date, home goods were restocked weekly, and housekeeping and building upkeep were managed daily. She continues to offer assistance to tenants in need, including professional and emotional support.

Coleridge understands HOME’s values and is focused on developing his technical knowledge of the helping profession. Since joining our team, he has participated in CPR and first aid training, restorative circle sessions, and dialectical behaviour therapy to assist tenants. He also offers invaluable expertise as HOME’s in-house maintenance and repair technician. Coleridge’s personal interests include music, sports, fishing, photography, cooking and art.

Desiree is Support Services Manager at the Bermuda Housing Corporation, assisting clients with housing across a portfolio of 650 family units, including transitional housing. Formerly, Desiree was an educator at Warwick Secondary School and Cedar Bridge Academy. Educated in Ontario, Canada and at Harvard University, she is currently developing and launching a business that focuses on intimacy and wellness. Desiree is a mother of two.

Coral is Managing Director of W&W Solutions Ltd, a local software development company, and the CEO and Founder of Bermuda’s first technology incubator and training centre, CONNECTECH Coding. She also launched a Bermuda chapter of Girls in Tech, a global non-profit that works end gender inequality in high-tech industries and startups by educating and empowering women who are passionate about technology. Coral is a member of the Executive Team of Bermuda First and volunteers her time on many committees and boards to assist in the growth of technology for the Bermuda community. In 2021, Coral was named Bermuda’s International Woman of the Year.

Curtis is executive adviser to the Bermuda Long-Term Insurers and Reinsurers (BILTIR), supporting the organization in its domestic and international advocacy initiatives. He is also a Member of Parliament, and previously served as Bermuda’s Minister of Finance from 2018–22. Curtis has more than 25 years’ experience as an investment and commercial banker in the US, UK, and Bermuda, including 12 years as executive vice president and group head of private banking at Butterfield Bank. He has also held senior roles with Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation (DLJ), Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation, and Wells Fargo Securities. Curtis is an independent director of Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) and was previously chair of the Board of Education and the Bermuda Hospitals Board. He has also served as a director for the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation, Bermuda Land Development Company, and the Montessori Education Trust.

Rosemary is an author, former journalist, and now Chief Communications Officer for Bermuda-headquartered global specialty risk company, Mosaic Insurance. A senior communications strategist, she previously worked for national public-private agencies, serving as director of corporate communications & strategy at the Bermuda Tourism Authority (BTA) and head of communications & marketing for the Bermuda Business Development Agency (BDA). She began her career as a reporter/editor for the Toronto Star, Toronto Sun, and Broadcast News/Canadian Press, and has been published in numerous North American newspapers and magazines. She is also a current director of non-profits WeSpeak Bermuda and the Bermuda Society in London.

Scott is Deputy CEO of the Bermuda Hospitals Board (BHB), which includes the Mid-Atlantic Wellness Institute. A Justice of the Peace, he served on the Cedarbridge Academy Board of Governors from 2002–07, and was appointed to the Board of Governors for Berkeley Institute in 2009. He has also served on the Bermuda Government’s Labour Advisory Board since 1999, and the Bermuda Employers Council Arbitration Committee since 1998.

Arthur is the founder of HOME and non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is also CEO of PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd, the Bermuda member firm of PwC International Limited (PwC) and serves on the leadership team of the member firms of PwC operating across the Caribbean. Arthur is a vocal advocate for social justice and human rights, an elder of the Presbyterian Church of Scotland, and has served as a volunteer director of several non-profits. He was awarded the Queen’s Certificate and Badge of Honour in 2018. A keen triathlete, Arthur represented Bermuda at the 2022 World Triathlon Sprint and Mixed Relay Championships in June 2022, in Montreal, Canada.

A long-term Bermuda resident, he is married with two school-age children.

Stacey-Lee is a trained diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) facilitator who has been engaged in DEI work for over 14 years. She is the Executive Director of Citizens Uprooting Racism Bermuda (CURB), and founder of EquiLens, an equity consultancy and training organisation. For 25 years, she worked in education, including a dozen years as a DEI director for professional development. She now sits on the Community Connection Review Committee of Bermuda’s Centennial Foundation, and has worked as a consultant on its Equity Project. She is a faculty member of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) student diversity leadership conference; has played an active role on the NAIS Call to Action Team (a think-tank on diversity); and is a facilitator of Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity (SEED). She chairs Southampton Parish Council and sits on the National Educators Institute (SEL) committee and the EDU Coach Advisory Board.
